Once you officially book the venue, you’ll meet with your personal wedding coordinator/planner. This is where the fun really begins. Together, you’ll talk through your theme and dream color palette. We’ll walk you through optional add-ons such as custom chapel décor, ceremony step accents, and the specific drinks you want on your bar menu. This meeting may also include building the foundation of your wedding day timeline—making sure it reflects your priorities, your pacing, and all the special moments you want to include.
After these initial details are set, you’ll return for what many couples call their favorite planning meeting. The Mane Barn simplifies the process by bringing all your major choices—tastings and vendors—together in one convenient appointment. During this meeting, you’ll be able to choose from our trusted caterers, linen and décor options, and cake flavors. Bring your dream Pinterest board or inspiration images, and our experienced team will match you with vendors and design selections that bring your vision to life. No running around from vendor to vendor—we streamline everything so you can enjoy the experience.
About one month before your wedding, you’ll come in for your final walkthrough. This is where we confirm your timeline, layout, décor placements, ceremony details, and any last-minute adjustments. By the time you leave this meeting, you’ll feel confident knowing every detail is handled and every question has been answered.
When your big day arrives, all that’s left for you to do is show up, relax, and enjoy the celebration. You’ll have access to your private bride and groom suites the whole day, and our team will be hard at work behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your only job is to soak in the moment—and say “I do.”
