Equine Boarding
Built in 2004, Nickajack Farms has three stables, holding a total of 40 horses, plus 120 acres of ground. Both the horse and rider will be happy with room stalls, individual tack lockers, 2 indoor hot/cold water wash bays, grooming areas, heated/air conditioned lounge, an indoor and outdoor riding arena. You will also find that our staff is very qualified to help you and your horse with any need you may have.
Stalls:
All stalls are a roomy 12' X 12' solid southern yellow pine construction with heated automatic waterers and custom fit mats for the horse's comfort.
Stalls are cleaned daily with the exception of Sunday, and bedded with quality saw dust.
Tack Lockers:
Our lockers are large enough to hold your saddle, bridle, extra halters and leads, as well as groom boxes and all your grooming needs.
Indoor Wash Bay:
The wash bays are a roomy 12' X 12' stall which features an overhead wash boom, rubber drainage mats and hot and cold water to make 
grooming easy and enjoyable for both you and your horse.
Lounge:
Our 600 square foot boarder lounge is housed in the main horse barn. This heated and air conditioned, fully furnished room has a small kitchenette complete with microwave and refrigerator for you to take a break and enjoy some lunch or just to sit and relax while looking out over the outdoor arena or our fields.
Indoor Arena:
This arena is well lit for use in the evening or on rainy days.
This 72' X 180' arena has a clay base with 4" of arena Rx dust suppresstion treated sand, making the arena virtually dust free.
Outdoor Arena:
This arena is perfect on a warm day or evening. It is 80’ wide X 180’ long and is built with a compacted clay base with a flume top. This arena is sure to provide your horse with sure footing that is easy on your horse’s feet and legs while providing you with a safe comfortable riding area.
Turnout:
Horses are turned out 6 days/ week, weather permitting.
Feed:
We supply a sweet feed mix or straight oats, any supplements or special feeds need to be provided by owner. We supply grass-hay mix grown at our farm.
Board:
Monthly board per horse per stall is $325.00 per month.
